Documentation, Not Media

Structured property records for residential and commercial properties.

EYE AM STUDIOS creates organized interior and exterior property documentation records using planned capture, repeatable visual standards, internal review, and secure private delivery.

Process

Capture. Classify. Review. Deliver.

Every documentation project follows a repeatable capture, classification, review, and controlled delivery process.

  1. Request and estimateSubmit property information. EAS provides a preliminary estimate based on requested coverage.
  2. Authorization and depositA project deposit is required before the documentation walkdown. The deposit secures scheduling, authorizes documentation planning, and is applied toward the project total.
  3. Walkdown and planMost projects include a pre-documentation walkdown used to verify scope, identify required coverage, establish the property-specific documentation plan, and prepare the capture plan before field documentation begins.
  4. Scope confirmationIf the walkdown identifies material differences from the originally requested scope, EAS provides an updated scope and estimate before field documentation proceeds.
  5. Capture, review, and releaseAuthorized areas are documented, organized, reviewed, and released as a structured property record.

Review the documentation standard

Scope Boundary

EAS Property Documentation is intentionally focused on visual records.

Services requiring inspection, engineering, survey, advanced spatial analysis, or specialized record controls are outside the standard documentation scope.

Specialized documentation requirements outside standard Baseline Visual Documentation are evaluated separately through EYE AM STUDIOS.
