IPD™ — Interior Property Documentation
Residential starting at $650 · Commercial baseline starting at $2,850
IPD™ documents interior spaces using photography, 360° capture, organized detail imagery, and property-area classification. 360° capture is a method within IPD, not a separate service.
Documentation, Not Media
IPD™ creates a usable interior property record, not a folder of disconnected images. Photography, 360° capture, and detail imagery are methods used to build that record.
IPD™ records what was visibly present and how the space was configured at the time of capture. It does not automatically interpret why a condition exists.
Why Establish a Baseline
Occupancy, maintenance, renovation, tenant turnover, repairs, and ordinary use change interiors. A dated IPD™ record makes it possible to see what was documented before those changes.
Residential
Residential IPD™ creates an organized visual baseline of a home, condominium, rental, vacation property, or residential investment. Residential interiors start at $650. Final scope and pricing are confirmed before scheduling.
Commercial
Commercial IPD™ organizes room and area documentation for offices, churches, retail, warehouses, associations, and other commercial interiors already supported by EAS Property Documentation. Commercial IPD baselines start at $2,850.
Suites, common interiors, conference rooms, corridors, and finish conditions.
Sales floors, storefront interiors, stock areas, restrooms, and fixtures.
Units, corridors, amenity interiors, and common areas where authorized.
Interior support areas, offices, utility spaces, and selected visible assets.
Multi-building or multi-site interior programs are scoped as portfolio documentation. Construction progress, engineering-support, or project-milestone documentation belongs on EAS Project & Asset Documentation.
What IPD Documents
Coverage varies by property and authorized scope. IPD™ documents observable interior conditions. It is not a code inspection, engineering evaluation, environmental assessment, or appraisal.
Capture Method
360° capture preserves surrounding spatial context so a later reviewer can return to a documented room. It is a method within IPD™, not a separate service, and is included only where authorized in scope.
Property Record Continuity
The first IPD™ capture establishes the interior record. Repeat documentation of the same areas creates comparative value. EAS does not automatically determine condition or change; reviewers compare the documented records.
How Interior Documentation Works
Service Boundary
IPD™ is existing-condition interior documentation and a structured visual property record.
Unless separately authorized, IPD™ is not:
