How pricing is determined:
Pricing is based on property size, documentation coverage, property configuration,
access requirements, documentation complexity, record governance requirements, and
the effort required to create the completed property record—not by the number of images
produced. “Starting at” identifies a published minimum. Commercial baseline amounts of
$2,850 and $4,950 are starting/minimum engagements under defined standard assumptions.
$350 and $300 are fixed public prices only when the stated residential scope limits apply.
Final scope and pricing are confirmed before scheduling.
Walkdown:
Most Property Documentation projects include a pre-documentation walkdown used to
verify scope, identify required coverage, establish the property-specific documentation
plan, and prepare the capture plan before field documentation begins.
Deposit:
A project deposit is required before the documentation walkdown. The deposit secures
scheduling, authorizes documentation planning, and is applied toward the project total.
Scope confirmation:
If the walkdown identifies material differences from the originally requested scope,
EAS will provide an updated scope and estimate before field documentation proceeds.
Aerial documentation is not guaranteed for every property. Availability depends on airspace review, client authorization, weather, site conditions, FAA operational limitations, and safe flight conditions.
